This recipe is simple but so good! You can eat it for breakfast or as just a light easy snack. It is perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day. This recipe is also good for you. Isn't it great when a delicious snack can taste good and be healthy at the same time?
I start off with seasonal berries. My favorite mix is strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. You can also throw in some banana slices too. (The bananas will make it even sweeter).
I place the berries in the bowl and add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt - the nice thick creamy stuff! I then top it with a drizzle of raw local honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Stir that glorious mess with a spoon! I add another drizzle of honey and another sprinkle of cinnamon! After that, it is ready to eat! You can also add some granola, for the crunch factor, if you so desire.
